JSC "Tashkent Mechanical Plant" informs that by the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dated November 24, 2016 No. 3, the company has assumed an obligation, starting from January 1, 2017, to comply with the Corporate Governance Code, approved by the minutes of the meeting of the Commission on increasing the efficiency of joint-stock companies and improving the corporate management dated December 31, 2015 No. 9.
